Ryan Q. Milling is a national certified counselor and practicing educator with experience in elementary and secondary school counseling and school administration. He enjoys presenting to and engaging with audiences using memorable stories and anecdotes.

Milling loves to see people learn and grow from all situations in life. He understands that there are lessons to learn in all situations. It is his belief that children should always have caring individuals such as parents, families, friends, and role models to look up too because mentorship matters. 

Ryan grew up in Darlington, South Carolina and spent much of his childhood dreaming of becoming an architect. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University and Winthrop University. He has many state and national certifications in education and counseling. He’s trained in data analysis, curriculum design, program evaluation, social emotional learning, and much more.
